I have been surviving on 4 Quest Bars a day: Calories 760 Protein: 84 Carbohydrates: 80 Sugar: 4 Fat: 36 for so long now. I am scared to gain weight. I hide this from my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you for the opportunity to read about this. I feel some hope after reading over your web page. THANK YOU!
