really liked your video on your 5 essential points for high-protein recipes. Great job!

I especially loved your point on experimenting. I recently did exactly this by making my "on-the-go cookies" I eat before or after the gym. They're almost guaranteed to taste better the 2nd/3rd time around you make them.
I'd add that you have to experiment first and fit them into your macros AFTER to let yourself room to improve and don't get pinned down to special numbers of c/p/f.
