I am so excited to say I am now *officially* on Team Norton! Today was my second day of training on his DUP program and it's just so... different, in a good way (obviously)! It's more calculated, more methodical, and just makes sense than what I had been doing on my own. Anyways, STOKED is an understatement.
So, let's talk competition plans! My goal is to compete in novice bikini in the Flex Lewis here in Nashville, TN on July 16th. The plan is to continue reverse dieting another month and start a 22 week cut mid-February. It will be cool to see what 2 years of flexible dieting at a surplus (minus a little mini-cut) and lifting 5-6 days a week have done to my body. Hopefully there's some muscle under there. If not I will cry. Just kidding, kinda. :P
