Good video!

You put so much thought into your meat macros ;)

I just look up the macros of the cooked meat and weight it cooked. And to add even a little more laziness, I buy all of my poultry pre-grilled and pre-seasoned.

Also, good call on the cocoa and on the shirataki noodles.
