Enjoying Food: Protein Peppermint Bark

One of my FAVORITE Christmas treats is peppermint bark candy, so of course I had to make a macro-friendly version! You can make a white chocolate version of this recipe as well, just use white melting chocolate and vanilla protein powder instead. :)

PROTEIN PEPPERMINT BARK

147kcal: 7F/15C/6P (per 28g)

Ingredients:
- 38g chocolate protein powder (isolate is fine)
- 115g microwavable melting chocolate (I used kroger brand)
- 1/2 Crushed candy cane
- Peppermint flavoring/extract

Directions:
1. Microwave chocolate (get the kind that comes with a disposable tray) 30 seconds at a time and stir until completely melted.
2. Stir in 38g chocolate whey for every 100g chocolate (about 1 scoop for every 100g).
3. Stir in 3-4 drops of peppermint extract.
4. Pour chocolate onto tin foil covered cookie tray.
5. Sprinkle crushed candy cane all over the top.
6. Freeze for 10 minutes or so and eat!

This is seriously SO easy and you really can't mess it up! Enjoy!

One of the favorite videos that I would really love to watch are some videos that show how to make some mouthwatering desserts. I don't know why but I have this satisfied feeling every time I was able to watch these kinds of videos. Perhaps the reason is because I just love eating sweet foods and I would like to learn how to make them. With that being said, after checking your site, I have admired you already for being so good at this, I just wish you can post some videos as well on how to do the recipes that you post here. I am sure that your subscribers just like me will be more entertained and of course, you will be able to help us a lot too.
