1. Place whey and stevia to taste in a little bowl; add a few drops of water until you can get a consistency to form a ball; a cookie-dough consistency.
2. Place cocoa powder in another bowl and add stevia to taste. Add a little bit of water and mix until you get a melted chocolate consistency
3. Place protein ball in chocolate until covered with chocolate, then immediately onto wax paper and into the freezer.
4. Let freeze for 1-2 hours at least, then enjoy!
You can use any kind of protein or flavor for the inside of the truffle, it doesn't have to be cookies & cream. :) Have fun with it!!
