Competition Prep - Week 14

7 weeks out. Shiz is getting real. I'm starting to see some legit changes in my body, especially my abdominal area, it's pretty crazy. Seeing muscles finally come out that have been buried for years is kind of like unwrapping a Christmas present in slow motion. It makes me happy!

*Low:High Ratio = Low macro days:High macro days. For example, Week 1 I had a higher macro day every 4 days.
**Cardio = The first number is the times per week. The second number is the amount of intervals. HIIT = high intensity interval training. SS = Steady state cardio (110-140BPM).
***NW = I have been advised not to weigh during this week due to my "time of the month" and the weight fluctuations that happen with it.
Also, I am posting half-week check in data only if changes were made.

How's posing going? Have you picked out a bikini yet? I've been waiting for this update stalking your site like "when is she gonna post!" I super happy for you and can't wait for competition!

Haha!! Thanks so much girl!! I have picked out and ordered the bikini, I just knew it was "the one" hehe :) It hasn't come in yet, and I don't think it will for another 2 weeks or so but I'm super excited! Aaaaand for posing, Laurin Conlin is teaching me the ropes. I suck at it right now that's fa sho, but I'll just practice a ton and do my best!! :D

Just wondering why fats were dropped so low? Are you sensitive to fats?

Hmm I wouldn't say fats are necessarily low.. 21% of calories coming from fat is pretty normal for cutting. And of course, all macros are low because I am in a fat loss phase. I just execute what Layne prescribes and have full confidence in his guidance to get me where I need to be! :)

 Credibility of a website reduces with too many advertisements or textual ads. Visitors tend to get annoyed with pop-up ads that must be avoided.
