The world is your oyster. The next steps are totally up to you!

You may want to start competing. By this time, you will have set yourself up for success because your metabolism will be in such a great place for building muscle and eventually cutting for a show. After a show, you now know how to reverse diet so you won’t have to deal with blowing up like a balloon and getting depressed.

You may want to continue to try to add in calories by doing multiple cycles of mini cuts and reverse diets. This is what I personally plan on doing.

You may want to quit counting macros altogether and eat intuitively. Now that your metabolic rate is much higher, room for error will be much greater than when you were eating so little. So at this point, eating intuitively should be easier. Also, IIFYM is such a great nutrition teaching tool. After implementing the IIFYM lifestyle for a while, you will have a great understanding on how to properly fuel your body!
